Ошибка 1719 Office 2010 — Установщик Windows не установлен
Встретила меня ошибка 1719, которая стала намекать что у меня не установлен установщик Windows.
Вариантов несколько можно подменить файлы msi.dll + msi.exe которые расположены по пути C:\Windows\System32 Иногда требуется еще поковырять реестр…
И так самое простое, замена файлов. Здесь надо будет стать владельцем данного файла и после произвести замену. Помимо владельца необходимо еще будет выключить службу.

Если данная операция не помогает, применяет перерегистрацию библиотек.

Отправляем компьютер в перезагрузку, запускаем снова Outlook.
Если ошибка сохранилась, то пробуем воспользоваться советом M$.
Совет с сайта microsoft
Найдите и выделите следующий подраздел реестра: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer Примечание. Если этот раздел не существует, создайте его. В меню Правка выберите пункт Создатьи затем щелкните Значение DWORD. Имя DWORD введите RemappedElevatedProxiesPolicy и нажмите клавишу ВВОД. Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши RemappedElevatedProxiesPolicy и выберите команду Изменить. В поле значение введите 1, и нажмите кнопку ОК. Установите необходимое приложение. После успешной установки приложения, сброс RemappedElevatedProxiesPolicy типа DWORD значение 0 , чтобы включить исправление безопасности для 3072630 КБ.

Самый крайний вариант, можно просто переустановить windows…
